LifeMoves
LifeMoves is dedicated to helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness in California to return to stable housing and self-sufficiency. They address the fundamental need for everyone to have safe and dignified housing. Learn more.

N Street Village
N Street Village supports women experiencing homelessness in Washington, D.C. by offering a broad spectrum of services, housing, and advocacy. They partner with women to achieve stability and make meaningful gains in their housing, income, employment, and addiction recovery goals. Learn more.

WithinReach
WithinReach serves as a key connector and advocate for families in Washington state, particularly those currently and historically affected by disparities. They partner with communities to connect families to equitable system supports and advocate to ensure essential resources are accessible. Learn more.

DC Coalition for the Homeless
The Coalition works to help transition homeless and at-risk individuals and families to self-sufficiency through housing programs and supportive services. They provide temporary housing, food case management, substance abuse counseling, employment, and housing placement assistance. Learn more.

YouthCare
YouthCare works to end youth homelessness and ensure that young people are valued for who they are and empowered to achieve their potential. Through individualized services and trusting relationships, YouthCare ensures that young people experiencing homelessness achieve long-term stability. Learn more.
